Terms of Service

These terms apply to Next Gen Dashboards (ngdashboards.com), including Chart Studio, Dashboard Studio, accounts and published pages. It is created and operated by Zoila Gonzalez (about the author). Contact: support@ngdashboards.com.

Use of the service

You may use the service to create, save, export and publish charts and dashboards. You are responsible for the data and content you add, and for having the right to use and publish them.

Accounts and plans

• An account is created by signing in with Google. Keep access to that Google account secure.
• Each plan has the limits shown on the Plans and pricing page. Limits apply to new work; nothing is deleted when a limit is reached.
• The Education plan is for students and teachers who sign in with the e-mail of their school and confirm it.
• Pro, when available, is billed in US dollars, monthly ($19.99) or yearly ($199.99), and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Published content

A published link is public: anyone with the link can open it. You can retire a link at any time. Content published on the free and Education plans carries the line “Made with Next Gen Dashboards”.

Content that is not allowed

Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, contains personal information of others without their consent, or is intended to deceive. We may retire published links or close accounts that break these rules.

Third-party content

Background photos come from Pexels under the Pexels license, with credit to their photographers. Sector news figures are taken from public headlines and link to their sources; they are provided for information and may contain errors from the original source.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your documents safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep your own exports of important work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous three months.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its effective date.
